This privacy policy explains how Te.Go, trading as CNCPT, collects, uses and protects your personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). CNCPT is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

This policy applies to personal data we collect through:

• Online orders and subscriptions, for both consumers and businesses
• Retail and wholesale partnerships
• Email communication and marketing
2. Personal data we collect
• Identity data: first name, last name, business name where relevant
• Contact data: billing and delivery address, email address, phone number
• Payment data: processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card details
• Transaction data: orders, subscriptions, refunds, shipping records
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location
• Usage data: pages viewed and how you use our website
• Marketing data: your preferences for receiving emails from us

You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
4. Who we share your data with
We only share data with parties that help us run our business:
• Webshop platform: Shopify, which hosts our store and processes order data
• Payment providers: Shopify Payments, PayPal, iDEAL, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on the method you choose
• Delivery: our own delivery team in the Netherlands and Sendy for other EU countries
• Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok, only with your consent
• Email: our email service provider, only if you have signed up for emails
• Reviews: Trustpilot, if you choose to leave a review
We have agreements with these parties to protect your data. We do not sell or rent your data.
5. How long we keep your data

After these periods, we delete or anonymise your data.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers, such as Shopify, Google, Meta and TikTok, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission, such as the EU US Data Privacy Framework, or on Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses:
• Essential cookies: needed for the website, cart and checkout to work
• Preference cookies: to remember your settings
• Analytical cookies: Google Analytics, only with your consent
• Advertising pixels: Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel, only with your consent
On your first visit, we ask for your consent through a cookie banner. Non-essential cookies are only placed after you agree. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie preference” at the bottom of our website.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
• Access your personal data
• Have your data corrected or deleted
• Restrict or object to processing
• Withdraw your consent
• Receive your data in a portable format
To use these rights, email info@cncptwater.com. We respond within one month. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
9. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure.
