1. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. For subscriptions, this period starts when your first delivery arrives.

Opened cans cannot be returned. Sealed food products that have been opened after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal for health protection and hygiene reasons, in line with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.

2. How to withdraw

  1. Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, using the withdrawal function on our website or by emailing info@cncptwater.com. Please include your order number and the products you are returning. You can use the form at the bottom of this page, but you don’t have to.
  2. We confirm your withdrawal and send you the return address.
  3. Send the unopened products back in their original packaging within 14 days of notifying us. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

You pay the cost of returning the products.

3. Refunds
• We refund the full amount you paid, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal.
• We may wait to refund until we have received the products back or you have shown proof of sending them, whichever comes first.
• Refunds go to your original payment method, at no extra cost to you.
• If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard shipping, we only refund the cost of standard shipping.
• If returned products are damaged or have been handled more than needed to check them, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

4. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@cncptwater.com, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. We will replace or refund the items at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Business customers and wholesale
The right of withdrawal does not apply to business or wholesale orders. Returns are only accepted if a product is defective or delivered incorrectly, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
