1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
As a private customer (not business), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
However, due to the nature of our products (beverages), this right is subject to the following exceptions:
❌ No Returns on Opened Products
For health protection and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed bottles cannot be returned, in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of your request approval.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Contact us at info@cncptwater.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and address details.

Send the package back using a trackable shipping service.
⚠️ You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 days for processing.
We do not refund:

Shipping fees (unless we made a mistake)

Items returned in non-resellable condition (e.g. opened bottles)
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

Email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cncptwater.com

Include clear photos and your order number
We’ll resolve the issue by refunding or replacing the item at no cost to you.
6. Business Customers / Wholesale
Returns are not accepted for B2B or wholesale orders unless the product is defective or misdelivered. Custom agreements apply where relevant.
