1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • The Netherlands (fulfilled by our internal logistics team)

  • European Union countries (fulfilled by Sendy)

We do not deliver outside of Europe at this time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (e.g. weather, customs, strikes).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Order size and weight

  • Selected delivery option (if applicable)

Occasional free shipping promotions may apply.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed on business days are usually processed within 24–48 hours.

  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (if available).

If you haven’t received tracking within 3 days of ordering, contact info@cncptwater.com.

6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address.
We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete addresses

  • Recipient not available

  • Refusal to accept the package

If a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing:

  • Contact us at info@cncptwater.com within 48 hours

  • Include your order number and photos (if damaged)

We will work with you to resolve the issue by reshipping or refunding the item(s).

8. International Customs & Duties

All orders are shipped within the EU, so no import duties or taxes apply for EU customers.
