These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via our webshop and govern the agreement between CNCPT Water and the customer (consumer or business).

1. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer, order, and agreement made through the CNCPT Water webshop. By placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions.

For wholesale clients or retailers, separate agreements may apply.

2. Products and Offers

  • CNCPT Water sells bottled beverages.

  • All prices are in euros (€), including VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices and product information at any time.

  • Images and descriptions aim to be accurate, but may differ slightly in appearance.

3. Ordering and Contract Formation

  • A contract is formed when the customer completes payment and receives a confirmation email.

  • CNCPT Water reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock issues.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • iDEAL

  • PayPal

  • Credit/Debit Cards (via Stripe)

  • Klarna (if activated)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

All payments must be completed at checkout. No credit terms are offered unless agreed in writing.

5. Delivery

  • Orders within the Netherlands are shipped by our own logistics team.

  • EU orders are fulfilled by Sendy.

  • We do not deliver outside of Europe.

Estimated delivery times:

  • NL: 1–3 business days

  • EU: 3–7 business days

Shipping fees are shown at checkout. Delays due to third parties are not our responsibility once dispatched.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day reflection period from the date of delivery to return unopened products.

Exceptions: Due to hygiene and food safety laws, opened bottles cannot be returned.

To initiate a return:

  • Email info@cncptwater.com within 14 days

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • Refunds issued within 14 days of receiving goods

7. Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and order details.

CNCPT Water will replace or refund valid complaints as required by Dutch consumer law.

8. Warranty

Our beverages are covered under the legal guarantee for food products. Products must be used before their expiration date.

9. Account Use

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their webshop account. Any misuse or fraudulent activity must be reported immediately.

10. Liability

CNCPT Water is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Incorrect use of the product

  • Delay or failure due to force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)

Total liability is limited to the purchase amount.

11. Privacy and Cookies

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes cookies, marketing consents, and data sharing.

12. Governing Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Rotterdam, unless mandatory consumer rights dictate otherwise.
