These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the CNCPT webshop and form the agreement between CNCPT and the customer, whether consumer or business.

1. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer, order and agreement made through the CNCPT webshop. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms. Separate agreements may apply to wholesale clients and retailers.

2. Products and prices
• CNCPT sells coconut water in 330ml aluminium cans.
• All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.
• We may change prices and product information at any time. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
• We take care that images and descriptions are accurate, but small differences in appearance are possible. The label on the can is leading for product information.

3. Ordering and contract
• A contract is formed when the customer completes payment and receives an order confirmation by email.
• We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or lack of stock. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

4. Payment
You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout, such as iDEAL, credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is made at checkout. No payment terms are offered unless agreed in writing.

5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are delivered monthly and charged per delivery. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Full details are in our Cancellation policy.

6. Delivery
• Orders within the Netherlands are delivered by our own delivery team. Orders to other EU countries are shipped via Sendy.
• We do not ship outside the European Union.
• Estimated delivery times: Netherlands 3 to 5 business days, other EU countries 5 to 7 business days.
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Shipping is free on orders from €50 and on subscription orders.
• The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer once the order has been delivered.
• If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, you may cancel it and receive a full refund.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)
• Consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason. For subscriptions, this period starts when the first delivery arrives.
• To withdraw, use the withdrawal function on our website or email info@cncptwater.com.
• Send unopened products back within 14 days of notifying us. You pay the cost of returning them.
• Opened cans cannot be returned, because sealed food products that have been opened are excluded from the right of withdrawal for health protection and hygiene reasons.
• We refund the full amount, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait to refund until we have received the products back or you have shown proof of sending them.

8. Complaints and defects
Please check your order when it arrives. If a product is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@cncptwater.com with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund the product in line with Dutch consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Shelf life
Our products fall under the legal guarantee for food products. Please consume them before the best before date shown on the can.

10. Accounts
Customers are responsible for keeping their account details confidential. Please report any misuse or fraudulent activity to us immediately.

11. Liability
CNCPT is not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damage
• Damage caused by incorrect use or storage of the product
• Delays or failures caused by force majeure, such as strikes, natural disasters or pandemics

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. These limitations do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence, and do not affect your rights under mandatory consumer law.

12. Privacy and cookies
We process personal data in line with our Privacy policy, which also covers cookies and marketing consent.

13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are brought before the competent court in Rotterdam. Consumers living in another EU country keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of their own country.
